We wanted to create the most refreshing beer we could. And no word of a lie, this one is fresher than all of us, thanks to a mix of Denali, Calypso & other hops.

This Pale Ale is a beer you’ll happily take home to your folks. Sweet pineapple and passionfruit aromas nuzzle an assertive bitterness. It’s expressive, aromatic and approachable.

Made with a measured combo of Aussie and American hops, our new IPA is juicy all right. The hops are whirl-pooled, then dry hopped, resulting in tropical tides of mango, passionfruit and papaya.
BAO BAO MILK STOUT
ABV: 4.5% IBU: 22
Thought you knew stout? Meet our generously malty and silky smooth Bao Bao now in cans. The secret is the lactose we use to smooth away the bitter edges you might find in other stouts.
Chocolate is just the beginning.
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 18
This everyday gem is made using the double-decoction mash technique. It’s used to express the soft floral characteristics of sake rice that give this lager its character. It’s crisp, clean and dry, and everything you want after a long day.
Our crisp and clean Cider is made with 100 per cent West Australian Apples and the very best Champagne yeast. A mix of Manjimup apples to create that combined crunchy acidity and well-balances sweetness.
And that, friends, is the spirit.

Cue the cheese and pickles. Our thirst-quenching French style Saison is the perect drinking for the Australian climate. It’s a dry farmhouse ale with just the right amount of unexpected flavour. We bitter the beer in the boil with mandarin peel and other citrus additions for an elegant twist.

Welcome to Summer Sour, the first of our seasonal beers. This raspberry and rhubarb sour has a pinky peach hue and white fluffy head that are reminiscent of the West Aussie sunset. It has a luscious fresh raspberry pallet and added rhubarb gives a tart fixture to this lactobacillus kettle soured beer. Extremely satisfying and very refreshing, it is the perfect end to a hot summers day.

A well rounded mid without compromise on flavour. Straw in colour with a white fuzzy head. It bursts of grapefruit on opening, followed by subtle tropical aromatics from the Calypso hop.
A delicious easy going beer with lingering bitterness.
