A unique creation inspired by Aztec Valley’s Fruit of the Gods, white sapote, grown in Metricup, South West WA. We have resurrected the flavours of Southern Mexico, brewing with corn sugar and WA Quinoa from Three Farmers, combined with mulberry, cinnamon and vanilla on the cold side.
Sour to the pallet with a mulberry hue, step back over 500 years as you unpack the unique flavour profile that the Aztecs have influenced in this beer.
