Head chef Hayden Vink has created an exciting new menu. The key focus still remains on using high quality local ingredients while offering a delicious and uncomplicated range of dishes.
Highlights include the Signature Gin and Beetroot cured salmon with citrus and sour cream, Slow cooked lamb ribs with harissa cream and pomegranate, Crispy pork belly with a sweet potato puree as well as the Gamberi Diavola pizza with tomato sugo, garlic Australian prawns, Margaret River farmhouse chorizo and a touch of chilli.
