Highlights include the Signature Gin cured salmon tostadas, Mexican Street Corn Croquettes,  MEXICAN STREET CORN CROQUETTE’S,  Roasted Cauliflower Cous Cous Pitta Salad as well as the Gamberi Diavola pizza with tomato sugo, garlic Australian prawns, Margaret River farmhouse chorizo and a touch of chilli.
