Our Pink Grapefruit Gin has been distilled using native and imported botanicals including juniper, coriander seed and local Pink Grapefruit.
The signature to this gin is the juicy local navel oranges and zesty lemon rind infusion that drive a the beautiful citrus palate.
Pour gin over ice, mix with Capi Indian Tonic and garnish with a wedge of fleshy pink grapefruit and sprig of rosemary.
