Following on from our much loved Neapolitan Stout, we have once again collaborated with the Kuld Creamery gang to bring you another dreamy ice cream beer.
Originally destined to be poured at the Perth Beer Festival, which sadly got postponed, we now have a cool quarantinnie that you can enjoy in your own backyard.
This Berliner Weisse has been kettle soured, with lactose added to the boil to give it a moderate mouthfeel. Its subtle orange taste is thanks to the dehydrated crush orange rind and vanilla pods added to the secondary fermentation.
